Our mini sashes are made from Lochcarron’s Reiver fabric and are available in 500 tartans. The Reiver is a premium 100% new wool, twill-weave fabric with a lovely soft handle. This 10 oz fabric is the finest available for sashes. The sett size (the size of the checks in the tartan) is somewhat smaller that that found in the men’s heavier fabrics as the smaller setts are much more flattering for women’s garments.
The smaller sash (13x168cm) with a rosette is designed to be pinned to the shoulder. This is particularly useful for occasions where the full sash might not be useable or appropriate.
As with the neckties, the sashes are available in 500 tartans, and we stock a wide range. If you find your tartan below, you can purchase online. Otherwise, please enquire by giving us a ring or emailing us, so we can order. Delivery is 2-4 weeks on non-stock items.
