To keep things simple, we have decided to offer fixed rates for bagpipe performances.
There is no difference between a performance in Remuera or Mangere, no difference between a small birthday party or an All Black presentation or other corporate event.
We charge for the time between the first note played till the last note played.
Travel up to 100 kilometres round trip from St Heliers is included in the performance fee. This covers most of Auckland
Funerals, parties and corporate events
For a performance under 1 hour, whether it is one tune or playing for an hour, the rate is $250 incl GST
For a performance between 1 and 2 hours, the rate is $350 incl GST
For performances over 2 hours, please contact us for a quote.
Weddings
Our wedding performances are charged at a slightly higher rate, but you will get more in return as well.
Under 1 hour at a wedding is $300 incl GST
Wedding performances over 1 hour, please contact us for a quote.
For these prices, we can run you through some common musical options, provide samples of the music, discuss when the pipes will be played during the ceremony and attending a rehearsal if required.
